Centered on the theme of “Ocean Nurturance · Human Well-Being · Sustainable Coexistence,” this work transforms marine waste—such as recycled plastic bottles and discarded fishing nets—into a haute couture gown infused with both fashion sensibility and vitality. The blue-green wave patterns of the skirt echo the movement of the sea, while the transparent mesh and plastic-bottle textures of the hem serve as a tangible reflection of marine ecology and a concrete practice of sustainability, turning waste into value.
In the background, ancient nautical charts intertwine with modern urban silhouettes and deep-sea creatures, symbolizing the millennia-long connection between human civilization and the ocean, while also evoking a sense of “life force across time.” Sustainable materials allow the piece to transcend the limitations of disposable fashion, becoming a vessel for the integration of nature, humanity, and environmental responsibility. It is both a fashion creation and a gentle statement on environmental stewardship, reminding us that human well-being has always been rooted in respect for nature and cycles of coexistence.
The phrase “Love as It Is” reflects this philosophy: old books paired with new sprouts symbolize an embrace of authenticity, where past experiences nourish new growth, supporting its development and laying the foundation for the future.
