/Artist
I completed my undergraduate studies in 2025 at the Technical Faculty “Mihajlo Pupin,” majoring in Clothing Engineering, earning the title of Bachelor of Technology Engineering. The same year, I enrolled in master’s studies at the same faculty, continuing in the field of Clothing Engineering. I am a creative and dedicated individual with a strong passion for fashion design and innovative textile solutions. My studies allow me to combine technical knowledge with artistic expression, shaping my vision of sustainable and modern fashion. I was actively participated with my creations at Transilvania Fashion Festival in Romania, Fashion show at China - CEEC Expo in Ningo and The fashion illustration exhibition held in Shenzhen.

This model represents the redesign of an old denim dress, transformed into a contemporary piece inspired by marine forms such as waves, shells, and pearls. By reworking the original garment and combining contrasting materials, the aim was to highlight the dialogue between strength and softness, movement and calmness. The new silhouette maintains the elegance of the original dress but is reconstructed to better emphasize the body's curves and accentuate the waist. The front features asymmetrical, wave-like details that introduce dynamism, while the back remains simpler to balance complexity and purity. Repurposed denim provides structure and firmness, while added sections of lightweight, pleated white fabric bring visual softness and evoke water movement. A key element of the redesign is the three-dimensional texture formed from denim strips, resembling waves in motion, with pearls applied to suggest droplets of sea foam. Redesigning existing garments reduces waste and extends material life, making it an important sustainable practice that contributes to protecting the planet. The final result is a sophisticated and contemporary reinterpretation of the original dress. |
