作品描述與概念／

Position in the troupe:Manager cum dance instructor. The cultural troupe consists of dancers, musician and artisan who worked together to showcase and preserve the traditions, arts and music of the ethnic tribe of the Land Dayak or Bidayuh. The troupe serve as a way to preserve and pass down cultural traditions to the younger generations. The troupe is also a source of community pride and a tool for cultural diplomacy bridging communities through shared artistic experiences.

團隊職務： 團長兼舞蹈指導

該文化表演團隊由舞者、音樂家與工藝師組成，成員攜手合作，致力於展現並保存 Land Dayak（Bidayuh）族群 的傳統文化、藝術與音樂。團隊不僅是文化傳承的重要載體，也肩負著將族群文化世代相傳、延續至年輕世代的使命。

同時，該團隊也是社群自豪感的來源，並作為一種文化外交的媒介，透過共享的藝術體驗，促進不同社群之間的理解、交流與連結。
