Perspectives on Tradition and Future, Sustainability and Fashion, and Life.

Two seemingly disparate entities can be seamlessly integrated through art and design. Design is the harmonious blend of design principles and materials to meet human needs and address everyday life problems. "Old Tradition" often perceived as obsolete, can be contemporary tradition through design. Even "Fashion," an industry often associated with pollution, can become environmentally friendly through strategic design and material selection. Therefore, "art & design" enables tradition to coexist with the future while fostering sustainability in the fashion industry and daily life.

The Concept and Description of the Work關於參展作品的創作動機與設計理念

The sighting of lost jewelry in the sea, some of which are pollutants to the environment and marine life. This WaG MuS Jewel is made from pearl sand from mussel shells. It is safe for humans & environment, since it is from mussel shell waste left over from the food industry under the Waste-to-Wealth concept. The developed green production process does not produce any waste (zero-waste process). It is an alternative material for environmentally friendly 100% bio-based materials, so it does not create additional waste and helps reduce the degradation of natural resources. This allows for wearing them comfortably while traveling at sea.
