
憑著一股初生之犢不怕虎的牛脾氣,陳家斌退伍後兩年,23歲就開了一家牛肉麵店,就是準備牛到底了-----看看誰怕誰 ?!
父親從民國80年就開始經營牛肉麵店,耳濡目染,他跟著父親學習,把興趣當事業,到處學做菜,頭殼軟一點,嘴巴甜一點,總能學到一點真本事。不過,他說廚藝是萬底深坑,前輩能人很多,不要把他說得太神了,做生意以和為貴,做人還是低調一點。
牛肉麵大家都在做,總是要有獨家特色,除了料理、食材外,他仍然做豬排麵飯及雞腿麵飯,每天就是料理牛、豬、雞這些事。
現在才36歲的他,希望今後能創新美食,為牛肉麵闖出一條康莊大道。
Fearless, with his strong will, Chen opened his beef noodle restaurant after two years when he finsihed his mendatory military service. At that time he was merely 23 and he was ready to challenge himself.Chen’s father started to operate a beef noodle restaurant in 1991. He learned cooking from his father and made this skill professionsal. Chen said one could always learn something if he/she could learn from others, be humble and keep low-key. However, he said cooking itslef is an endless road, where there are quite a few experts. Thus, it is unneccesary to over compliment his cooking. It is always good to stay humble and low-key when it comes to doing business.Everyone knows how to make beef noodles, so if one wants to stand out, there should be something different in his/her noodles. Other than studying ingredients and crusines, he still makes pork noodles and chicken noodles. Generally, he cooks beef, pork and chicken everyday.He is now in his 36, hoping to develope and invent more crusines and find a way for beef noodles.
